Very Berry Smoothie Recipe – Easy & Healthy Smoothies
This delicious, healthy smoothie is filled with all of your favorite berries. With the addition of protein powder, this berry smoothie is a great option to start your day, drink after a workout, or when you’re craving something sweet!
- 1 large handful of berries ((any mixture of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries))
- ½ cup coconut milk, almond milk, organic milk, or organic plain yogurt
- ¼ cup filtered water ((have additional water for consistency changes))
- 1 scoop Grass-fed Whey Protein (vanilla)
Optional nutritional boosters: hemp seeds, flax oil or seeds, coconut oil
